Fake recruitments to steal talent, creativity and money

In the last few months I have attended many interviews to work as a UX/UI designer and in some cases I have to pass technical and Design Thinking tests. I have a good portfolio https://eduardo-navarro.es, which must not be very reliable for my hiring managers.
The most bleeding case is a startup that asks me for naming and prototyping in Figma. I would enter a competition for a fake job. This is Felix Campano, an entrepreneur who is looking for ideas and doesn’t want to pay a single Euro.

I leave you the message he sent me on Linkedin:
“Hello, Eduardo. Thank you for your interest, we liked your profile. I would like to invite you to participate in the selection process. The next part of the process is a simple technical test that won’t take you more than a couple of hours. I will send it to you as an attachment. If you have any questions, you can call me at any time on my phone number: +34 xxx 427 576”.

Evidently I didn’t receive an answer as the HandyBER project was not useful for Felix Campano to evaluate my professionalism as a Product Designer. After that, I have done tests with real cases that have turned out to be fakes: Kenjo.io, Ontruck, … I don’t mind entering an ideas competition but I want to know first.
On one occasion I received a call from a UX researcher who told me that he had a job for me with very good conditions but that if I wanted to continue with the process I had to pay 300 euros. I should have reported him before…
All these cases also aim for virality on Linkedin and visits — SEO.
